Your personal pause — where the mind quiets, the body relaxes and soul nourishes.
I open the session with a short breath work and movements to prepare your body to receive vibrational massage, then lead you to the space of sound with a gentle guided meditation.
This is for you if:

This practice is beginner-friendly and open to all levels
