I’m Rezeda — a mother of two, founder of a thriving insurance business, and a sound practitioner who walks the bridge between the practical and the mystical.
For years, I lived in constant motion — building my business, raising my kids, and carrying the invisible weight of expectations. I was successful on paper, but inside I was running on empty.
But I refused to believe that I had to choose: to be either a present mom or a woman with ambition, a spiritual seeker or someone grounded in real life.
Then I discovered sound healing. The first time I felt the vibration of a singing bowl, something inside me softened. It was as if my nervous system finally exhaled. That moment changed everything — it reminded me that peace isn’t found by doing more, but by slowing down and listening within.
And now, I guide women like me to do the same — to come back to their breath, their body, their joy… and their inner sound.
Your inner sound is that quiet knowing beneath all the noise — the place where your truth, peace, and power live. My work is about helping you hear it again.
I don’t believe in fixing people.
I believe in creating spaces where you can slow down and reconnect with yourself, to remember who you already are. To me, “healing” is remembering — because you’re not broken. You’re already whole.
